Ingredients:

  1. 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  2. 1/4 cup erythritol or other keto-friendly sweetener
  3. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 1/4 cup sour cream


Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, erythritol, and vanilla extract until smooth.
